Summary
This study tested if a small electrical device placed on the ear (called PENS) can help reduce pain and the need for strong painkillers (opioids) after surgery for endometrial or cervical cancer. 48 adults who had open surgery took part. The goal was to see if this simple, non-drug approach could safely ease recovery.
