Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs (Becotatug vedotin and Pucotenlimab) given before surgery to men with advanced penile cancer that is hard to treat or has spread to lymph nodes. The goal is to shrink the tumor enough to allow complete surgical removal. About 60 men will participate, and the study will track how many achieve successful surgery and how long they stay cancer-free.
