Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs (pemigatinib and durvalumab) in adults with advanced bile duct cancer that has a specific change in the FGFR-2 gene. The goal is to see if the combination shrinks tumors or slows cancer growth. Participants take one pill daily for two weeks, then a week off, plus an IV infusion every three weeks. Treatment continues as long as it helps, up to about 24 months.
