Zapping away pain: new hope for a debilitating foot condition?
NCT ID NCT05922618
Summary
This study is testing if a special electromagnetic field therapy, used at home, can help people with a severe, chronic pain condition called Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) in their foot or ankle. Researchers want to see if adding this therapy to standard rehabilitation reduces pain, swelling, and improves movement better than rehab alone. The trial will involve 28 participants who have had CRPS for up to three years.
