Summary

This study tests whether pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) therapy can improve sports performance and speed up recovery in athletes. Thirty active adults will receive either real or sham PEMF twice a week for 8 weeks, then undergo cycling and blood tests to measure fatigue and power. The goal is to see if this non-invasive therapy offers a safe edge for training and recovery.
