Summary
This study tests whether adding pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) therapy to standard physical therapy and spa treatments can reduce pain and improve shoulder function in adults with chronic shoulder tendinopathy. About 60 participants will receive either standard care or standard care plus PEMF. Researchers will measure pain, strength, and quality of life before, right after, and one month after treatment.
