Magnetic fields for muscle power? study tests new recovery tech for athletes
NCT ID NCT07288892
Summary
This study is testing whether a therapy using pulsed electromagnetic fields (PEMF) can help athletes perform better during exercise and recover more quickly afterward. Researchers will compare the real therapy to a fake version in 30 active athletes over 8 weeks. The goal is to see if this non-invasive, painless treatment leads to measurable improvements in power, fatigue, and muscle recovery.
