Summary
This French phase 3 trial compares pembrolizumab alone versus pembrolizumab plus chemotherapy as a first treatment for advanced non-small-cell lung cancer with high PDL1 levels (50% or more). About 349 participants are enrolled. The goal is to see if the combination reduces early cancer growth better than immunotherapy alone.
