Summary
This study tests whether giving the drug pembrolizumab after standard radiation therapy is safe for people with advanced adrenocortical carcinoma (a rare adrenal cancer). The trial will enroll 12 participants and focus on side effects. The goal is to find a treatment that controls the disease with few or mild side effects.
