Summary

This study tests whether combining the immunotherapy drug pembrolizumab with two chemotherapy drugs (carboplatin and paclitaxel) can shrink tumors before surgery in people with stage 1 triple-negative breast cancer. About 28 participants will receive the treatment and then be monitored for side effects and how well the cancer responds. The goal is to improve outcomes for this aggressive cancer type.
