First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study is for people with a type of bile duct cancer called intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma that can be removed with surgery. Researchers want to see if adding the immunotherapy drug pembrolizumab to standard chemotherapy (cisplatin and gemcitabine) before and after surgery helps control the cancer longer than chemo alone. About 24 adults will take part, and the main goal is to check safety and side effects.
