New combo therapy aims to shrink hard-to-treat lymphomas

Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs, pembrolizumab and all-trans retinoic acid (ATRA), in adults with Hodgkin or B-Non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has come back or not responded to prior treatment. The goal is to see if the combo is safe and can shrink tumors. About 24 participants will be enrolled.
