Pilates vs. gold standard: new hope for Women's bladder control?

Summary
This study aims to see if Pilates exercises work as well as the standard pelvic floor muscle training for reducing urinary incontinence in postmenopausal women. It will involve 24 women who will do one of the two exercise programs for three months. Researchers will measure changes in leakage frequency, pelvic muscle strength, and quality of life to determine which approach is more effective.
