Can targeted exercise ease debilitating pelvic pain?
NCT ID NCT07446556
Summary
This study is testing whether a 6-month physiotherapy exercise program helps women with chronic pelvic nerve pain (pudendal neuralgia) more than receiving no structured exercise plan. Researchers will measure changes in pelvic muscle stiffness, pain levels, and quality of life. The goal is to see if regular, specific exercises can reduce symptoms and discomfort.
