New Hands-On therapy tested to ease debilitating period pain
NCT ID NCT07354451
Summary
This study is testing whether a gentle, hands-on physical therapy technique can reduce severe menstrual pain and its impact on daily life. University women aged 18-30 with very painful periods will receive either the real therapy or a fake version over three menstrual cycles. Researchers will measure changes in pain, medication use, missed school, and overall well-being.
