Exercise showdown: pelvic floor vs swiss ball for back pain relief

Summary
This study looks at whether pelvic floor muscle exercises or Swiss ball exercises work better for women with long-term low back pain. About 69 women aged 18 to 35 with pain lasting over 3 months will take part. Researchers will measure pain, disability, and movement to see which exercise approach helps more.
