First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding real-time ultrasound images and muscle-activity readings (EMG) to standard pelvic floor exercises helps women with pelvic floor problems stick with their training and get better results. About 70 women with issues like pelvic organ prolapse or stress urinary incontinence will take part. The goal is to find the best way to guide exercises and improve long-term success.
