First seen Jun 24, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study will test whether a training program based on the transtheoretical model can help women improve their pelvic floor muscle strength. What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.
Active substance
transtheoretical model-based training program (brochure, seminar, and exercise schedule)
What this could lead to
If successful, this could provide a simple, effective way to help women strengthen their pelvic floor muscles through targeted education and support.
What could go wrong
This is a small, early-stage study with only 64 participants. The training is educational, so results may vary widely, and it may not lead to a widely adopted program.
