Can a ruler predict your pelvic floor success?

NCT ID NCT07363174

Summary

This study aimed to see if a simple physical measurement, called the anogenital distance, could help predict which women with stress urinary incontinence (bladder leakage) would benefit most from pelvic floor muscle training (like Kegel exercises). Researchers measured 150 women before and after a 3-month exercise program to see if their body measurements were linked to how much their symptoms improved. The goal was to gather knowledge to help doctors better personalize treatment plans for this common condition.
