Summary
This study looked at 41 men with premature ejaculation to see if adding a magnetic therapy device (ExMI) to standard pelvic floor exercises works better than exercises alone. The goal was to improve muscle control and sexual satisfaction. Results may help men find a non-drug option for better ejaculatory control.
