NCT ID NCT06875635
Summary
This study tested whether pelvic floor muscle training helps women recover better after gynecological surgery. Researchers worked with 48 women aged 40-60 who were having surgery for conditions like prolapse. They compared groups doing exercises before and after surgery, after surgery only, or receiving standard nursing care to see which approach best reduced pelvic symptoms and improved quality of life.
