Summary

This study looks at two different exercise programs for women who have pelvic floor problems after giving birth. One program is a structured rehab called 5R, and the other uses a Swiss ball. The goal is to see which one better strengthens muscles and reduces symptoms like urine leakage. About 88 women who gave birth in the last 6 months will take part.
