Summary
This study aimed to understand the connection between sports, training habits, and pelvic floor health in female athletes. Researchers surveyed 127 active women aged 16-40 about their physical activity, sports experience, and any related symptoms. The goal was to gather information to see if certain sports or training levels are linked to more pelvic floor problems or less awareness about this important muscle group.
