Summary
This study is testing whether adding pelvic floor exercises to standard care helps people with chronic venous insufficiency. It will compare two groups: one doing pelvic floor exercises plus standard care, and another doing standard care alone. Researchers will measure changes in symptoms, leg swelling, blood flow, and quality of life over six weeks.
