Summary
This study looks at whether adding a pelvic support belt to pelvic floor exercises helps reduce pain and improve daily function in women who have pelvic joint pain after childbirth. About 48 women who have given birth more than once and have symphysis pubis dysfunction will be split into two groups: one gets exercises plus a belt, the other gets exercises only. The goal is to find a simple, drug-free way to ease discomfort and help new moms move better.
