Summary

This study is testing whether doing pelvic floor muscle exercises before prostate surgery can help prevent urinary incontinence afterward. It will involve 30 men and compare those who do the exercises before surgery to those who have surgery alone. The main goal is to see if patients and doctors find this exercise program practical and acceptable to include in regular care.
