New moms get pelvic floor lessons: video vs. pamphlet showdown!

This study looks at whether giving new mothers extra information about pelvic floor health—through a video or a written handout—helps them understand and improve their pelvic floor function. About 141 women who had a single, full-term pregnancy will take part. The goal is to see if these simple tools can boost knowledge and reduce symptoms after childbirth.
