First seen Mar 28, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study looks at whether giving new mothers extra information about pelvic floor health—either through a video or written materials—helps them understand and improve their pelvic floor function. About 141 women who had a single, full-term pregnancy will take part. The goal is to see if these educational tools make a difference beyond routine postpartum care.
