New procedure aims to silence pelvic pain without Long-Term drugs

Summary
This study tests a minimally invasive procedure that blocks abnormal veins in the pelvis to relieve chronic pelvic pain caused by pelvic congestion syndrome. Researchers will enroll 100 women aged 18-60 who have had pain for at least 6 months that did not improve with standard treatments. The goal is to see if the procedure significantly reduces pain and other symptoms over 12 months.
