Summary
This study tests whether a traditional Chinese herbal ointment, Peiyuan Guben Tongluo, can increase muscle mass in people aged 60-80 with sarcopenia (age-related muscle loss). The trial will involve 60 participants and compare the ointment to a placebo over 12 weeks. The main goal is to see if muscle mass improves, measured by a special X-ray scan.
