Summary
This study tests whether a 48-week course of pegylated interferon alfa-2b can help children and teens (ages 3 to 17) with chronic hepatitis B achieve a functional cure, meaning the virus is no longer active. 113 participants will either receive the drug or be observed on standard care. The goal is to find better treatment options for young patients.
