Summary

This early-stage study tests a combination of two drugs—peginterferon alfa-2b and an anti-PD-1 antibody—in about 60 people with advanced or metastatic solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goal is to find the safest dose and see if the combination can shrink tumors. The study is not yet recruiting and will take place in China.
