NCT ID NCT05148299
Summary
This small, completed pilot study tested an experimental drug called pegcetacoplan in 12 adult patients. These patients developed a dangerous blood vessel complication called TA-TMA after receiving a stem cell transplant. The main goals were to understand how the drug behaves in the body and to get an early look at whether it might help control this serious condition.
