NCT ID NCT06419465

First seen May 03, 2026 · Last updated May 03, 2026

Summary

This study compares two ways of teaching healthy habits to older adults (65+): one led by a trained peer (another older adult) and one led by a nurse. About 108 participants in Antalya, Turkey, will take part in a 12-week program. Researchers will measure changes in health behaviors, self-confidence, and health-seeking habits to see which approach works better.
