Summary

This study is testing whether a 10-week peer support group program helps people with serious mental illness feel better and more included in society. It will involve 300 participants in Sweden, comparing the new group program to standard mental health care. The goal is to see if sharing experiences with trained peers who have recovered can improve personal recovery, quality of life, and social connections.
