Summary

This study tested whether a peer mentoring program could improve therapeutic communication skills in nursing students working with children. 73 third-year nursing students were randomly assigned to either receive peer mentoring or standard lessons only. The goal was to see if having a fellow student mentor helps build better communication skills for pediatric care.
