Summary

This pilot study aims to see if a program that combines peer doula support with digital tools (like smartphones) is practical and well-liked by patients and staff at two clinics. About 100 participants, including healthcare workers and pregnant or postpartum people with substance use disorders, will complete surveys and interviews. The goal is to gather feedback and explore whether the program helps with treatment and prenatal care attendance.
