First seen Dec 16, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding special stretching and movement exercises to standard arm therapy helps children who had a stroke use their affected arm better. Twenty children aged 5 to 13 will be split into two groups: one gets standard therapy alone, the other gets standard therapy plus the extra exercises. Researchers will measure arm function, muscle stiffness, and daily hand use before and after six weeks of treatment.
