Summary

This study will track up to 3,000 children under 18 who are hospitalized in intensive care for severe bacterial infections. Researchers want to learn what causes these infections, how to spot warning signs early, and what treatments are used. No new drugs or treatments are being tested—the goal is to gather information to better prevent and manage these serious infections in the future.
