Robot-Assisted surgery in kids: how safe is it?
NCT ID NCT07438704
First seen Mar 04, 2026 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study looks back at the medical records of 100 children under 18 who had robotic surgery for digestive, urinary, gynecologic, or chest problems at a children's hospital in 2025. The goal is to see how often complications happen within 30 days after surgery, and to track recovery, pain, and any return of the original condition up to a year later. No new treatments are given—this is just about learning from past cases to improve future care.
