New hope for kids with rare Muscle-Weakening disease

Summary
This study aims to find the right dose and check the safety of an investigational injection called efgartigimod for children and teenagers (ages 2 to under 18) with generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG), a rare autoimmune disease that causes severe muscle weakness. Participants will receive the injection and be closely monitored for about 14 weeks to see how their bodies process the drug and if it helps control their disease. The main goal is to gather information to determine a safe and effective dose for young patients.
