Summary

This study looks at two surgical techniques for fixing inguinal hernias in boys under 18. One method cuts the hernia sac, the other pushes it back. Researchers will check for fluid buildup, bruising, hernia return, and testicle shrinkage over 6 months. The goal is to find which approach leads to fewer problems.
