Summary
This study looks at two surgical techniques for fixing inguinal hernias in boys under 18. One method cuts the hernia sac, the other pushes it back. The goal is to see which leads to fewer problems like fluid buildup, bruising, or hernia return. Forty children will be followed for 6 months after surgery.
