Summary
This study compared two ways to treat broken thigh bones in children aged 5-11. Researchers tested whether surgery with flexible nails leads to faster healing and recovery compared to traditional splint treatment. They followed 46 children to see which method resulted in better healing, fewer complications, and quicker return to normal activities.
