Summary
This study tests a red light mask (low-level light therapy) to treat dry eye and meibomian gland disease in 15 children with severe symptoms. The mask is used for 15 minutes and compared to standard care like warm compresses and artificial tears. The goal is to see if the light therapy improves eye comfort and gland function better than current treatments.
