Summary
This study compares three different breathing devices (Ambu AuraGain, LarySeal Pro, and i-gel) used in children aged 2-9 years during day surgery. The goal is to see which device provides the best seal, ventilation, and safety with the fewest complications. 165 children will be randomly assigned to one of the three devices, and doctors will measure how well each works and any side effects.
