First seen May 16, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study will follow 1000 people recently hospitalized for worsening heart failure. Half will receive extra support from a heart failure care network, while the other half gets usual care. Researchers will measure changes in a key heart stress marker and quality of life over six months to see if the network helps slow disease progression.
