First seen Apr 26, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study tests whether a brief, easy-to-understand education program about food labels (like Nutri-Score) can help adults in low-income areas feel more confident and make healthier food choices. About 400 participants will take a short class and then answer questions about their shopping habits. The goal is to see if this simple teaching can improve food literacy and encourage better buying decisions.
