Summary

This study aims to understand how peanut protein compares to dairy protein in supporting muscle health in older adults at risk for frailty. Researchers will measure how the body processes these proteins in 15 participants aged 65-80. The study involves drinking protein supplements while researchers track protein metabolism through blood tests over several visits.
