Summary
This study aims to learn if eating peanut butter daily for eight weeks improves gut and metabolic health in children aged 6-13. Researchers will compare a group eating peanut butter to a group eating a chocolate spread, measuring changes in gut bacteria, metabolism, and inflammation. The goal is to understand how this common food might fit into healthy diets for kids.
